Ahhh the shamrock shake. It's minty and delicious, and usually loaded with unhealthy fat and sugar. Well I have my own version that is just as delicious, but actually very healthy for you!
Here's the recipe:
- 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
- 1 handful baby kale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 frozen avocado ball (or 1 TBL avocado)
- TBL hemp seeds
- splash of peppermint extract
- water
- 10-12 oz unsweetened cashew milk
- ice

Toss everything in the blender and you got yourself a delicious superfood shamrock Shakeology shake!
