The program is taught by Super Trainer Megan Davies. She grew up in a gym and worked with a ton of clients as a trainer. The Workouts:

Muscle Burns Fat (#mbf) is for beginners who want to get lean without “getting bulky.” It features simple, easy-to-follow moves and 25-35 minute works.

Muscle Burns Fat Advanced (#mbfa) is an intermediate program. The sessions run from 25-40 minutes and they build on the moves you learned in #mbf and include Megan Minutes! Megan Minutes are 1-minute challenges using heavy weights and low rep burnouts.

Equipment Needed:

To take part in this program you will need some equipment. You will need light, medium and heavy dumbbells, and the BOD rope-- the Cordless Indoor Jump Rope.
